The pets and their owners will meet in the tent set up in parking lot, they process down the church aisle for the blessing, and then return to the tent. Each pet handler will receive a St. Francis medal to mark this special day. Members of the police or fire K-9 Corps, or of any Police Mounted Division are invited to bring their animals to a service. The Rev. Dr. David Eberhard will preach and be assisted by the Cathedral Pastors. Also, we will have the Detroit Tiger’s mascot present, again this year - bring your camera! See you in church!
